Chronic Condition Support
Support for systemic chronic issues: liver and kidney issues, skin problems, endocrine (thyroid disorders, Cushing’s disease, Addison’s disease, diabetes), skin issues (ear infections, skin infections, anal gland issues, atopic dermatitis), musculoskeletal issues, neurological issues (seizures, vestibular disease, CCD), cancer support, autoimmune disease support.
This program includes Gut Support 101 for leaky gut and, if needed, rotation and elimination diet.
Duration 8-10 Weeks.
Includes:
Week 1: You will complete an online questionnaire about your pet, and provide any written blood or other diagnostic test results, results of food intolerance and/or microbiom testing, which will be followed by one 45 minute Zoom Intake call to learn about your goals, review test results and explain the concept and next steps.
Week 2: One 45 minute Zoom call to personalise the ingredients and supplements to your pet’s needs and to explain how to cook, how to transition your pet to their new food and how to do the rotation and elimination diet, if your pet needs it.
Week 3: One 45 minute Zoom call to discuss specific chronic disease support and to provide recommendations, including lifestyle recommendations.
Weeks 3-4: Email follow up to address concerns, answer questions, follow progress and address any issues with and make adjustments to the rotation and elimination diet.
Week 5: One 45 minute Zoom call to review the results of rotation and elimination diet, to review and adjust supplements, and to provide full complete and balanced recipes.
Week 6-7: Email follow up to address concerns, answer questions, follow progress and address any issues with and make adjustments to the complete and balances diet.
Week 8: One 30 minute Zoom call to review progress and make any adjustments needed and discuss the next steps.
Weeks 9-10: Email follow up.
You get 3 rotation and elimination recipes and 3 complete and balanced recipes, individually adjusted to your pet needs and written individualised, trusted supplement recommendations with purchase links. You also get lifestyle and additional support modalities recommendations.
This program is for pets who have complex chronic conditions and are currently treated by vets or are on medication or palliative care. This program will follow the general structure outlined above, but individual adjustments will be made to suit each pet. A total of 5 Zoom calls will be provided in each case.
